For orders that include both already available and pre-order products, the items will be shipped at different times.

For orders that include pre-order products with different delivery dates, each item will be shipped separately as soon as available.

In any case, you will receive an email of confirmation upon shipment.

If you live in Italy, you can return your order within 14 days following the day of shipment. For all the international customers, the return is going to be charged to the client. All the other requested information relating to returns are going to be provided through email – customer@euterpestudio.com You are going to receive your return label and the document of the occurred withdrawal’s reservation from the same email. The returns are going to be accepted only if the products are not marked, scratched, or have any visible wearing sign – or if the labels have been removed. You are going to be refunded only after the product’s inspection and acceptance. The elaboration of the refund will take 2 days. Please note that one or two more days may be needed to the refund to be accredited in your credit card. Customers have 14 days from the delivery or collection date to make a return. For customers residing on Italian soil, returns will be free.

For all international customers, the return will be paid by the customer.

All the information necessary for the returns will be sent via email - customer @ euterpestudio .com - and the withdrawal reservation document will be sent from the same. Please specify the reason for the return in the email. Returns will only be accepted if the products have no visible signs of wear and the labels have not been removed.

During the discount period, all products are returned or exchanged at the customer's expense (obligatorily by prior agreement via email with customer@euterpestudio.com) < / p>

Purchases deriving from the Outlet section and the Special Occasions section of the online shop can be returned or replaced, at the expense of the customer. Following the shipment to us at the expense of the customer (upon agreement via email to customer@euterpestudio.com and after checking the perfect condition of the bag at the time of return), the refund will be issued or the replacement bag will be sent.

Wipe it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with plastics and / or darker colored leathers. In case of accidental scratches, you can make them less visible on smooth calfskin and textured leather bags by gently massaging the leather with a damp cloth, while on buffed leather or velvet leather bags you can make them less visible by wiping with a dry cloth. All bags must then be dried with a clean cloth. When you are not wearing your Euterpe bag, keep it in its dust bag to protect it from dust. Avoid exposing it to the sun's rays for a long time, or to humidity.

Avoid contact with grease, mud, dirt, rough surfaces. Protect it as much as possible from the rain. Don't overfill it.

If you want to clean your bag, entrust it to professionals who will know how to take good care of it. If your bag is a light color, be even more careful.
