Consumer customers can exercise their right of return without penalty within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

For customers resident in Italy, returns made within said period will be free of charge. For all international customers, the shipping cost of the return will be entirely and exclusively borne by the same. All the informations necessary for the processing of the returns will be transmitted by email - customer@euterpestudio.com - and from said email will be sent the document of successful withdrawal booking. Please specify, in the email, the reason for the return. 

Returns will only be accepted if the products do not have visible signs of wear, tear or use, and any if labels have not been removed. 

In the event of withdrawal and/or return exercised after the period of 14 days from delivery, even if in the warranty period, pursuant to the Consumer Code, Art., 52 and SS. D.Lgs 206 2005, the costs of returning the purchased products will be entirely borne by the consumer and therefore will not be reimbursed in any way. The first request for return or replacement is to be considered completely free.  From the second request and for all requests regarding coin holders, chain handles or for items purchased from the outlet section, the shipping cost for the return of the goods (cash on delivery of the value of 8 euro) is to be considered at the expense of the customer.Attention: returns regarding color discrepancies on all the bags manufactured with brushed leather will not be accepted, as the color variety is a natural feature of this material, and is not to be considered a defect.Purchases deriving from the outlet section of the online shop (promotional items generally discounted) can be returned, or replaced, with shipping cost to be paid by the customer. Following the shipment to us made at the expense of the customer (by agreement by email to customer@euterpestudio.com and after checking the perfect condition of the bag at the time of return), a refund will be issued or the replacement bag will be sent on delivery. During the period of discounts, all products are returned or replaced with shipping cost to be paid by the customer (mandatory by agreement via email with customer@euterpestudio.com)After the inspection and acceptance of the returned goods, we will process the refund the next week, when you will receive an email notification. WARRANTY ON ANY LACK OF CONFORMITY

We provide a guarantee for any lack of conformity of the Products that we have sold on the Website in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 129 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, in addition to the warranty on hidden defects contained in Article 1490 and following of the Italian Civil Code. Under the legal guarantee of compliance, you will have two (2) years from the date of delivery of the non-compliant Products to take action. However, if, as a result of internal checks, the product sold is deemed to comply with the Online Sales Agreement, your request will be rejected. This warranty is provided in addition to any commercial warranty and warranty on hidden defects, as set out in Article 1490 et seq of the Italian Civil Code, under which you can file a complaint within two (2) years from the identification of the hidden defect. In this case, we will reserve the outcome of internal controls as to how to proceed. Please note that before shipment the purchased goods are submitted to the approval of the Quality Control department and therefore the damages, alterations or modifications of the Product caused by you are not considered as production defects or lack of conformity. For example, without limitation: damage caused by prolonged use or wear and tear of time; improper use (such as direct exposure to sunlight or heat, contact with liquids, oils or creams, rain or food); normal wear and tear and failure to observe the instructions on care and/or cleaning are not considered to be defects in production or lack of conformity. Similarly, the variations in consistency, the normal signs or irregularities of natural products are inherent to the Product and constitute an advantage of the material we use and therefore are not to be considered manufacturing defects.
