SHIPPING POLICY - 

All necessary precautions are being taken in our warehouse to ensure our team and customers safety. Please excuse any delay to your shipments, we are working to dispatch all items within a week of your order.Every order made inside Italy and meant to be shipped inside Italy is managed by BRT.EUTERPE offers free shipping for all the orders made inside the Italian territory. All orders are shipped in 2 working days, starting from the day of the order and the credit confirmation.Please note that shipping time does not count the time needed to elaborate the order. All orders made after Friday 15:00 EST will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping time does not include Sundays or public holidays.Clients will receive their orders in not more than 10 working days starting from the day the order has been confirmed (from Monday to Saturday). These shipping times must be considered only by the Italian clients, who will receive the shipping inside the 20 Italian regions.International order will be managed by DHL. Shipping prices will be elaborated during the payment before the check out. Taxes and customs expenses are not included, and additional commissions are client’s responsibility, to be paid as soon as the shipment is concluded. These eventual expenses are determined by the Customs agencies of the client’s country.
